Home Kit

The return to the Premier League has seen West Bromwich Albion debut a brand new home shirt. Gone is the horrific pink T Mobile logo that spread across the traditional white and navy stripes last season. However the club has yet to find a sponsor for the new season giving the shirt more of a 1970's feel. Nevertheless the thicker and fewer stripes combined with the imposing navy collar gives the shirt a classic feel and I strongly recommend it.

The new campaign has seen West Bromwich Albion also change their white away shirt of last season. The new shirt is a yellowish gold slightly resembling the home strip of their great rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers which is bound to not go down too well with Baggies fans. However my main dispute is that the lack of sponsor makes the shirt look extremely similar to a yellow referee's shirt. On the whole, the shirt doesn't have the classic feel of the home strip whilst the decision to base the colour on the home strip of their biggest rivals beggars belief.
