Sunderland unveil new 10/11 home kit
Premier League club Sunderland AFC have revealed their new home kit that they will wear throughout the 2010/11 Premiership campaign.
The team had a relatively disappointing 09/10 season that promised so much early on. The early stages of the campaign saw the club constantly win at home but lose away. This pattern seemed to consign Sunderland to mid table obscurity but a brief loss of home form saw them plummet towards the relegation zone. An uplift in form home and away dragged them back up to mid table where they finished in 13th position. Manager Steve Bruce will hope to lead the team into the top half of the table during 2010/11.

The new Sunderland 2010/11 home kit contains a shirt with numerous red and white stripes that run throughout the body and sleeves. Other details include a red polo neck collar and red sleeve edges. Manufacturers Umbro place their black logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the club badge is situated in the top left. Sponsors “tombola” position their large black logo on a white background across the middle of the shirt.
