Home Kit

Southampton has stuck with the classic red and white stripes which always looks good. The shirt has a red design on the shoulders which doesn't really gel with the vertical stripes. The shirt-makers logo Umbro is on the right side of the chest towards the shoulder which looks awkward. The club logo is on the left side of the chest inside a red stripe it looks squashed in. The main sponsor flybe.com looks good in blue on the shirt but the white box around it doesn't go well with the stripes.

Away Southampton Kit

On first seeing this shirt I went yuck what an awful shirt the colour is horrible but then thought about the design. The club logo is in a good position the neck/collar looks good and the sponsor looks great. The white and red on the sleeves and sides looks silly but the sleeve ends go well. Not a bad shirt a better design on the side streaks would make it respectable.
