PSV Eindhoven unveil new 10/11 home kit
Dutch club PSV Eindhoven have revealed their new home kit that they will wear throughout the 2010/11 Eredivisie campaign.
The team suffered a relatively disappointing 09/10 season following a bright start. Fred Rutton became the club’s new manager and ensured that the club stayed unbeaten in all competitions up until Christmas. However, a shaky start to the second half of the campaign saw the club slip further behind leaders FC Twente and eventually finish in 3rd behind Ajax meaning that they miss out on Champions League football for a second successive season. The team were knocked out of the 09/10 Europa League in the first knockout round on away goals at the hands of eventual semi finalists Hamburg.

The new PSV Eindhoven 2010/11 home kit contains a shirt with numerous thick red and white vertical stripes that run throughout the body and sleeves. Manufacturers Nike place their black “tick” logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the club badge is situated in the top left. Sponsors “Phillips” position their large black worded logo across the middle of the shirt. Other details include a black round neck collar and black sleeve edges.
