Preston announce record kit deal
Preston North End has announced an exciting three year record kit deal with New Zealand manufacturers Canterbury commencing at the beginning of the 2009/10 season. Canterbury, already renowned for being the world’s most foremost rugby brand, has made large strides into football in recent years with their revolutionary kit design and technology.

The new range of items to be worn by the club will include Canterbury’s Ionx Baselayer, as modelled above by Preston striker Neil Mellor, which raises athletes’ performance levels and recovery time.
Current top scorer Mellor, said: “The kits are excellent! I am looking forward to wearing them with pride.”
PNE Chairman Derek Shaw was delighted to announce the partnership: “The new designs for both the match kit and the training wear have involved a lot of time and effort and I’m sure the supporters will be impressed by both the design and quality of the products we will be able to offer from next season.”
