Potential Bayern Munich 2010 kits

German club Bayern Munich have had potential designs for their home, away and third kits for the 2010/11 season leaked over the internet.

The club have not been the complete dominant force in the Bundesliga over the past couple of years. In the last five years, they have won the domestic league three times yet have been put under more pressure from up and coming teams such as Stuttgart, Wolfsburg and Hamburg amongst others. They are currently 2nd behind Bayer Leverkusen at the half way stage of the 2009/10 campaign. The team has also had moderate success in the Champions League recently. Munich are often regulars at the knock out phase but rarely go beyond the quarter finals. They have drawn Florentina in the 2nd round this year.

The potential Bayern Munich home shirt contains red and white vertical stripes that run continuously throughout the body. The sleeves and side panels have got large entirely red segments on them whilst the collar is a red round neck. Manufacturers Adidas place their white logo centrally below the collar. The three traditional stripes run down the shoulders and sleeves as usual. However, the upper part of the stripes are white whilst the lower part is red. The club badge is situated in the top left whilst sponsors “T Mobile” place their purple logo across the centre of the shirt.

The potential Bayern Munich away shirt contains white and light blue horizontal stripes that run throughout the body. As on the home shirt, the sleeves and side panels are a sole colour, in this case white. Manufacturers Adidas place their dark blue logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the three traditional dark blue stripes run down the shoulders and sleeves. The club badge is positioned in the top left and different sponsors “Ligatotal” place a purple and black logo across the middle.

The potential Bayern Munich third/european shirt is predominately black with little other colour detail. Manufacturers Adidas place their white logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the three traditional lime green stripes run down the shoulders and sleeves. The club badge is situated in the top left and sponsors “T Mobile” this time place a large white logo across the middle of the shirt.
