New Tranmere 2010/11 away kit
League One club Tranmere Rovers have revealed their new away kit that they will wear throughout the 2010/11 domestic campaign.
The team had a near disastrous 09/10 season which saw them narrowly avoid relegation to League Two. After just missing out on the Play Offs in 08/09, John Barnes was appointed as manager with the task of leading the team into the top six. However, a terrible start saw the club plummet to the bottom of the table leading to Barnes being fired. Physio Les Parry took charge and started to turn the team’s fortunes around. He was made permenant manager shortly afterwards and eventually led the club to 19th place meaning survival.

The new 2010/11 Tranmere Rovers away kit contains a predominately claret shirt with light blue shoulder patches and sleeves. Manufacturers Carbrini place their white logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the club badge is situated in the top left. The collar is a claret/light blue round neck and sponsors “Wirral” position their large white worded logo across the middle of the body. The kit is completed with claret shorts and socks with a blue trim on both.
