New Sheffield Wednesday away kit 2010/11
Sheffield Wednesday previously asked supporters to choose the design for their 2010/11 away kit. The majority of the club’s fans have decided that kit option three will be the design that the club will don next season. The shirt will be released and launched on 24th April 2010.
It is unknown what division the team will wear the new away kit in yet. This is because Wednesday are currently struggling in the Championship and faced with the realistic prospect of relegation. With Peterborough and Plymouth cast adrift, the race is on for around 6-7 teams to avoid the final relegation slot. New manager Alan Irvine will attempt to lead the club up the table during the next few months.

The new Sheffield Wednesday 2010/11 away kit contains a predominately black shirt with various thin yellow vertical pinstripes running down the body of the shirt. There is also a small yellow patch around the underarms and on the bottom of the sides. Manufacturers Puma place their white logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the club badge is situated in the top left. Sponsors “The Children’s Hospital” place their large yellow and white circular charity logo across the centre of the shirt.
