The new Manchester City shirt for 2008/09 season is in their traditional sky blue color.It is made by a French company Le Coq Sportif who have their logo on the right shoulder.In the middle of the chest is placed sponsor's logo in black writing with club's crest above it.The shirt is not that bad, but I must admit that lack of details (which would probably look good in other colors) made it look more like a training top than a match jersey.Shirt is matched with white/sky blue shorts and sky blue socks.
Although the away shirt is not even similar to the last season one, it still looks great.It is mostly black with red stripes on the front side.The only evenness with the home shirt is the position of sponsor logo-it is placed in the middle of the chest in white writing.Club's crest is on the left side of the chest, opposite of the manufacturer's logo, who also have their logo on the right shoulder.
