Leaked pictures of Arsenal’s away kit for the 2012/13 season

Having cemented third spot in the Premier League Arsenal will be looking forward to Champions League football again in 2012/13.  Arsenal’s home kit for the new season was released a few weeks ago, and what could be the details of next season’s away kit have been revealed in a leaked picture circulating on the internet.

The shirt, made by Nike, appears to be in a purple/blue colour with black horizontal stripes, and a round neck.  Arsenal’s normal shirt colour, red, appears in a stripe on the cuff of the sleeve.  As with next season’s home kit, the blue could be inspired by the legendary Arsenal team of the 1930s kit, but more details won’t be known until the official launch, possibly some time in June.
