Home Kit

Kaiserslautern will begin the 08/09 season with a new home kit. I have to say that I'm really not a fan of this shirt. Normally I like the shirts Kappa make but the red torso with white arms just doesn't have any appeal to me. Another thing I hate about this shirt is the length of the sponsor. It takes up far too much room and overcrowds the middle area. I wish that Kaiserslautern had kept their maroon kit from last season which looked a whole lot nicer.

Away Kaiserslautern Kit

Kaiserslautern also begin the new campaign with a changed away kit. The shirt is predominately black with orange patterns towards the top of the shirt and the orange Kappa logo on the arms. I'm not usually a fan of black mixed with a really strong colour like orange but it blends in fairly well here. I still dislike the length of the sponsor but if I overlook that then this is a fairly decent effort from Kappa.
