Hungary national home kit 2010/12
European nation Hungary has revealed their new home kit that they will wear throughout their 2012 European Championship qualification campaign.
The Hungarians are currently ranked 52nd in the world and haven’t had any notable success in recent memory. Their history is much more lucrative with the team having finished runners up in both the 1938 and 1952 World Cup finals. Two quarter final appearances in 1962 and 1966 were the last time that Hungary got beyond the first round of the tournament. In fact, they haven’t qualified for a World Cup since 1986. The team also finished 3rd in the 1962 European Championships. However, they also haven’t qualified for the event since 1972.
Hungary were recently drawn in Group E of the 2012 European qualifiers alongside Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Moldova and San Marino. The nation will be expecting to battle for 2nd place with Sweden and Finland whilst Netherlands are the run away favourites to finish top.

The new 2010 Hungary home kit contains a predominately red shirt with white side panels that extend to the back. Other details include a sewn green pattern on both sleeves and a green round neck collar. Manufacturers Adidas place their white logo below their collar whilst the three traditional white stripes run down the shoulders and sleeves. The club badge is situated in the top left.
