Home Kit

Hertha have returned to the blue and white striped design, after the navy blue shirts of the last couple of seasons. The new shirt features a royal blue, along with white, and a bit of red trim. I was a big fan of the navy blue Hertha kits, but I am not sure about this one. It's probably because of my fondness for the navy blue kits that I find it hard to accept a shirt that is so different. The template itself is a good, simple design from Nike but the colours just don't work well for me.

Away Hertha Berlin Kit

This is much better. A similar (if not exactly the same) shirt design as the PSG away kit I review elsewhere on the site, but with different colours. This time the base colour is black accompanied by a white band with red outline. Black white and red work well together as colours, and so the result here is a nice shirt and probably more stylish than the home shirt.
