Cardiff City remove 777ball logo from kit
Recently we brought you the news that Cardiff City had agreed a new sponsorship deal with betting company 777ball.com. However, the club has been instructed to remove the logo from their shirts after it became apparant that 777ball do not have the necessary license to advertise in Europe.

Although the sponsor logo had to be temporarily removed, there are no problems with the £250000 one-season agreement between Cardiff and 777ball.
A spokesperson for the club said that they are working actively to get the logo back on the shirts as soon as possible. A meeting is scheduled for next week between the Gambling Commission and the Asian betting company 777ball to sort out the matter and issue the appropriate license.
However, it is unlikely that the matter will be resolved in time for the next match against Queen’s Park Rangers.
