Bulgaria reveal 2010/12 home kit

European nation Bulgaria have unveiled their new home kit that they will wear throughout the 2010/12 European Qualification campaign.

The team have failed to qualify for a major tournament since Euro 2004. Ever since, they have finished 3rd in each qualification group meaning they just miss out on the Play Offs. In the 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign, Bulgaria got off to a terrible start which saw them draw several matches against the group minnows. These results put them out of contention and they never got close to second place Republic of Ireland despite a good late run. The team has been drawn in a tricky qualifying group for Euro 2012 along with England, Switzerland, Montenegro and Wales.

The new Bulgaria 2010/12 home kit contains a predominately white shirt with green patches on the edges of the sleeves and on the bottom of the shirt. The collar is a white polo neck with a red circular band running underneath whilst a thin red patch is present around both underarms. Manufacturers Puma place their red Puma “cat” logo in the top right of the shirt. The national badge is also situated in the top left of the shirt.
