Benfica 2010/11 away kit
Portuguese club Benfica have unveiled their new away kit that they will be wearing throughout the 2010/11 domestic campaign.
The team impressed during the 09/10 season and ended up as domestic champions for the 32nd time with 76 points out of a possible 90. They also won the Taca da Liga Cup to give them a domestic double for the year. In Europe, the team performed relatively well in the Europa League. A comfortable group stage then saw them impressively knock out Hertha Berlin and Marseille in the knock out stages. However, in the quarter finals, they lost 5-3 on aggregate to Liverpool in an entertaining encounter.

The new Benfica 2010/11 away kit contains a predominately light orange shirt with a navy blue patch in the top left of the body and on the upper left sleeve. Manufacturers Adidas place their black logo in the top right of the shirt whilst the three traditional stripes run down the left shoulder in orange and the right shoulder in navy blue. The club badge is positioned in the top left whilst sponsors “Meo” position their white worded logo inside a large black rectangle across the middle of the shirt.
